05 Why does VIB AI use USDT? +
VIB AI serves members across different countries. USDT can support cross-border settlement, but the coin, network, and receiving address must match. A wrong network or address may cause permanent loss.
06 How do I withdraw USDT? +
After the reward is reviewed and becomes withdrawable, open the withdrawal page, select the correct USDT network, paste a compatible receiving address, enter the amount, verify every detail, and submit. The minimum amount and available channels follow the current app page.
07 Which network should I select? +

11 How is the deposit returned? +
The member-owned portion is handled after the project period, task completion, and review according to the current project page. Exact timing follows the project page or official confirmation.
12 What are the deduction limits? +
Deductions follow the rules published when the task is released and review records. One day's deduction cannot exceed that day's reward standard; total deductions are capped at 20% of the commitment deposit.
13 Can official support credit be withdrawn? +
No. Official support credit is not a cash reward. It is participation credit for eligible projects and usually remains in the support account for future eligible tasks.
14 What help does the official community provide? +
